Studying in Belgium or elsewhere in Europe and want to do an internship abroad? After ten years in higher education and Erasmus mobility, I know students' needs and institutions' expectations well. I give you personal support to define your project, find a host company, arrange the introduction and follow up until your internship is confirmed.

Erasmus+ internships

BRILLA has an Erasmus+ identification number, so internship placements under Erasmus+ are possible. I coordinate the exchanges between you, your institution and the host company, and help you put together the required documents.

I place students from Belgium, but also from elsewhere in Europe: wherever you study, we can build your internship project together.

How it works

• Brief: we define your field, tasks, dates, destination and priorities.
• Application: I review your profile, your CV and your school's requirements.
• Placement: I contact companies and partners, present your profile and coordinate the exchanges.
• Validation: I support you until validation, the internship agreement and your departure.

What the support includes

• Review of your profile, CV, studies and career goals
• Defining the field, type of tasks, destination and priority criteria
• Searching for and selecting companies, or activating Brilla's partner network
• Presenting your application, making contact, following up and coordinating exchanges
• Interview preparation and tips to present your profile effectively
• Communication with the host company in the local language when needed
• Coordination between you, the host company and your school
• Help with the internship agreement and required documents
• Follow-up until the internship is confirmed and practical help before departure
• A point of contact during the internship for placement-related questions

Even if you have already found a company, the support covers placement coordination, communication, the agreement and file follow-up.

The fee covers the placement and support service. Travel, accommodation, insurance, visa or permit costs and any fees charged by the host organisation are not included unless stated otherwise in a quote. For internships outside Europe or longer than 15 weeks, I will send you a personalised quote.

Money-back guarantee: if no internship matching the agreed criteria is found despite my efforts, the amount paid is refunded in full.

Possible destinations

• Europe: Spain (Malaga, Madrid, Valencia, Alicante, Seville, Cadiz, Granada, Salamanca, Barcelona, Cordoba, Bilbao, San Sebastián...), United Kingdom, Ireland, Portugal, Italy and the rest of Europe
• Latin America: Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Mexico, Peru, Uruguay and other countries, subject to a feasibility study

Good to know before you start

• The search is personalised: your criteria guide the placement, but a specific company, city or task cannot be guaranteed.
• The more open your criteria, the more placement options there are.
• The search usually takes 4 to 8 weeks from receipt of payment and a complete application.
• Some companies require a minimum language level. Any pay depends on the company and local regulations.
• Outside the European Union, entry formalities, visas and insurance are your responsibility. I can inform you about the steps, but I cannot carry them out for you.
