Getting on the train
For a long time, I felt like I was standing on a platform watching the train of my own life go by. Then I decided to get on board.
For me, travel has often been exactly that movement: leaving what you know, meeting something different, learning, challenging yourself and coming back with a new perspective.
That's what I want to create with BRILLA. Not simply moving people from one country to another, but building experiences that have a purpose and leave something behind.
Individual, class or team: I create for others what travel gave me. Movement, encounters, learning, openness and the drive to take action.

Languages and international life have always been the common thread of my career.
After graduating in languages from the University of Liège, I lived in Spain for six years. That's where I realised how much leaving, learning a language and discovering another culture can change the course of a life.
Back in Belgium, I first worked in sales before moving into higher education. For ten years I taught English and Spanish there, while supporting students in their international projects, particularly through international relations and Erasmus mobility.
Over the years, one idea took hold: teaching a language was no longer enough. I wanted to go further, to create experiences that let people truly live what they learn, meet others, step out of their comfort zone and come back with something more.
That's how BRILLA was born in Liège in 2022.
Today, I design tailor-made trips for individuals, schools, groups and companies, with personal support from the first conversation until the return. I also continue to work with the University of Liège and to grow a network of partners and institutional contacts across Europe and beyond.
